Udaanix provides multi-stream educational and career counseling services through independent counselors, including paid and unpaid guidance, assessments, mentoring, and informational resources. The Platform supports Google Account login authentication and standard email-based registration.

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable data protection laws

All service providers are contractually bound to use data only for authorized purposes.

7. Confidentiality of Counseling Data

• Counseling sessions, assessments, communications, and reports are treated as confidential
• Counselors are contractually required to maintain confidentiality
• Information may be disclosed only with your consent, for safety reasons, or when legally required

Udaanix does not guarantee absolute confidentiality where disclosure is mandated by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and improve Services
• Maintain business records

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

• Payment, commission, and settlement communications
• Counselors may opt out of non-essential promotional messages but cannot opt out of critical service, legal, or operational communications required to maintain their account.
