  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable data protection laws

All service providers are contractually bound to use data only for authorized purposes.

  • Counseling sessions, assessments, communications, and reports are treated as confidential
  • Counselors are contractually required to maintain confidentiality

Udaanix does not guarantee absolute confidentiality where disclosure is mandated by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

  • Platform policy, compliance, and operational updates
  • Payment, commission, and settlement communications
  • Counselors may opt out of non-essential promotional messages but cannot opt out of critical service, legal, or operational communications required to maintain their account.
